Can you please tell me what to bring to wear?
Bring
pajamas for the Friday Night Pajama Party. Yes we really do wear PJ’s
that evening and expandable waist bands are suggested for all the great
food.
For
the Saturday evening Dinner Party, wear your favorite party outfit
or that little black dress you’ve been dying to wear.
During the day Resort Casual attire is
appropriate.
Bermuda in the Fall typically varies from
comfortable low seventies to mid eighties in temperature. Bring
comfortable shoes for our afternoon of shopping in the scenic capital of
Hamilton.
Montebello, Quebec in the Spring a light jacket is recommended
for the scenic hike or to explore the numerous trails and lake.
Mont
Tremblant, Quebec in the Fall varies so layers are recommended for
the
scenic hike or to explore the Village and nearby water fall and lake on
your own.
Is this an event that a woman would feel comfortable coming to on her
own?
Absolutely. We have women that come in large groups, women that come
with a couple of friends, mother daughters, pairs of friends and women on
their own. Our round table seating for meals encourages a lot of
mingling and great conversation. Seating during the weekend sessions is random -
first come basis. We are happy to make special accommodations for any
group of 6 or more with a table assignment for the Dinner Party.
Do I need a passport?
Bermuda is a British colony
and a passport is needed. The language spoken is English. Shopping
items and services are listed in US currency.
Montebello and Mont Tremblant, Quebec are in Canada and a passport
or an enhanced license is recommended
for travel into Canada from the United States. Check with immigration if
you are unsure.
How
soon should we register? When do we pay?
Our
events are popular and do SELL OUT. You should register as soon as
possible. In case you are told that it is Sold Out, please contact us
below. You don't need to pay at the time of booking. The Fairmont reservations
agent will take a valid credit card from you to guarantee the
reservation but will not put any charges through. If you need to cancel
your reservation, as long as you do it 72 hours prior to the arrival
date there is no penalty. After that one night's room charge will be
applied. When you check in the credit card is pre-authorized and when
you check out the bill is settled at that time.
