Sixteen years ago Nadja organized her first getaway for women, The Ultimate Pajama Party, and the fun hasn’t stopped. After years of gathering feedback from the thousands of happy women who have attended her events, she has created the Ultimate Girls Getaway. Nadja is known for her delicious healthy desserts that she supplies internationally to restaurants and grocery stores. Her fat reduced brownies can be found at Subway Restaurants throughout Canada and the US.  Nadja's Petite Angel Cakes, Macaroons and Smart Cookies are available at many grocery stores in North America. Nadja's daughter Veronica, began working with Nadja several years ago and today helps plan and host these fun events. Veronica worked in the advertising industry for four years and then went on to complete her MBA at The Schulich School of Business focusing on Strategy and International Business while studying for a semester abroad at SDA Bocconi in Milan Italy.  Veronica has since joined Nadja Foods and the Ultimate Girls Getaway full time.  Even though Veronica and Nadja work side by side at their businesses, they discovered that in their busy lives there was never enough time to enjoy each other, their girlfriends, or to do the things they love to do……unless they got away….REALLY GOT AWAY! They have found the “perfect getaway” at the luxurious Fairmont Resort Hotels and have arranged an amazing program full of fun and laughter. Lisa McKenzie is a social media and joint venture strategist at Red Carpet Strategies where she designs customized cross platform integrated communications and marketing strategies for brands led by women or marketed to women. She is also co-founder and faculty trainer at Social Media Academy for Women where she shares her expertise in building communities of fans and evangelists, creating profitable joint ventures and using video to enhance brand visibility. She has been the spark that has ignited countless strategic partnerships and fueled the community growth for her clients across North America.

Kelly Smith has been working for the Ultimate Girls Getaway for over 5 years now. Kelly is a graduate of Lehigh University with a degree in finance. She lives and works in New York City for AlixPartners, a global restructuring, consulting and financial advisory firm. Kelly believes that women on vacation deserve the very best and she feels proud to deliver it.
